Step 1
Click on the "Enter Name" text to edit the name in the "To:" field. Enter the name of the person you are gifting the tickets to. Click "Save Changes" when you are satisfied with your edit. You can click on the text again if you need to make a change.
Step 2
Click on the "Your Name" text to edit the name in the "From:" field. Enter your name and click "Save Changes" when you are satisfied with your edit.
Step 3
Click on the "Merry Christmas..." message at the bottom to edit the message, or enter a personal message of your own. Click "Save Changes" when you are satisfied with your edit.
Step 4
Once you have completed all your changes click on the "PRINT" button to print a copy of your CBMF Gift Notice.
